Dr Anna Whitton, Clinical Psychologist

Anna is a highly specialised and experienced child and adolescent Clinical Psychologist. She has many years experience working in child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) in the NHS and more recently in private settings.
Anna has been in clinical practice for almost 20 years, specialising in working with children, young people and their families. Anna offers assessments and therapy for a wide range of emotional, psychological and behavioural issue and specialises in using cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) to work with young people with a range of emotional difficulties, including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD).
Anna also has extensive experience working with parents of children who have attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and behaviour difficulties. In addition to working with parents individually, Anna has run many Incredible Years Parenting Groups for parents who have children with ADHD and behaviour difficulties.
Qualifications
Anna a qualified Clinical Psychologist, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). She is also a British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Therapies (BABCP) accredited Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapist (CBT).
Anna is also a practice tutor with University College London (UCL), training professionals in using CBT with children and young people.
